Kushal Punjabi Death: This Was Supposed To Be The Actor's Next Project- EXCLUSIVE
Kushal Punjabi is no longer between us and had he been alive today, you could have probably seen him in a web show called RPM (Revolutions Per Minute), but unfortunately, the project stands incomplete and you will miss seeing him play a tough cop
We are yet to come to terms with the fact that Kushal Punjabi is no more. The 43-year-old actor committed suicide last night at his Bandra flat by hanging himself. Since morning today, there has been immense grief and sadness amidst the industry over his loss.
It’s quite a big shock to us because the actor had partied with the likes of Shilpa Saklani, Apurva Agnihotri, Meet Bros and Kushal Tandon just 2 days back. But as they say, nobody can really understand the pain that lies behind the smile. The actor was going through a failed marriage with Audrey Dolhen who stayed separate from Kushal along with their son, Kian.
Kushal who rose to fame with his stint on TV shows like Zor Ka Jhatka, Fear Factor, Mr. & Miss TV, Paisa Bhari Padega, Nautica Navigators Challenge, Ek Se Badhkar Ek and Jhalak Dikhlaja had a web show in his kitty. We have learnt that the project was called RPM (Revolutions Per Minute).
It was an anti-terrorism mystery action project styled like the Fast and Furious franchise. Kushal was supposed to play a tough action cop who’s on a mission to bust a planned big terrorist attack.
The show featured Aarti Nagpal (Deepshikha Nagpal’s sister) opposite Kushal. He had shot for the project but it stands incomplete and we can only say, that the show stands covered with a dark cloud. It was produced by Crescendo Films (Suresh Thomas) and helmed by Aziz Zee.
Sadly, with the actor no longer between us, you won’t be able to see him on the show, as it stands incomplete.
